You will be given an appointment for hearing aid fitting after making your choice. The audiologist will confirm the hearing aid(s)’ fit and size to your ear(s) at this session. During the fitting session, instructions will be offered on how to use the devices, how to insert and remove them from the ear, how to change the batteries, and how to maintain and clean the devices.Bring relatives or close friends with you to the hearing aid fitting so they can assist you remember all that is taught during the appointment. Please be aware that it will take some getting acclimated to the sounds you were missing, and that you will benefit most from your new hearing aids if you work closely with our audiologist. In order to fine-tune the hearing aid sound levels and make it more pleasant to use, follow-up sessions for digital hearing aids are required.
